We never compromise on quality. Every single set is handmade using premium, high-quality soft gel nail tips, professional-grade high-shine polishes, and industrial-strength adhesives. This ensures your press-ons look, feel, and wear just like a fresh, expensive salon acrylic set.
What is your processing and shipping timeline?
Once we receive your order, it takes us between 5 and 10 business days to custom-craft your signature nail set. Shipping timeline is based on your selectionat checkout.
How many times can my nail sets be reused?
With proper care and safe removal, your Rebel Riot sets can be reused up to 5 times or more! Because we use high-quality soft gel tips and premium salon products, the nails themselves remain incredibly durable. Just ensure you gently scrape away any leftover glue residue from the back of the press-ons after soaking them off, and store them safely between wears.
How do I request a custom nail set, and what is the timeline?

- Consultation & Quote: We will chat through the details, finalize your custom art concept, and send you a pricing quote.
- Processing Timeline: Because intricate custom work requires intense detail, precision painting, and complex gem placement, processing and shipping times may be longer than our standard turnaround. We will provide you with a personalized estimated completion date during your consultation!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the sanitary and hygienic nature of cosmetic products and wearable nail items, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once a set has been shipped. This policy ensures the safety and health of all our clients. Because every set is custom-crafted to your specific measurements, it is incredibly important that you use a sizing kit or closely follow the instructions on how to measure your nails at home. Measuring instructions are included in product listings.
What if there is a mistake or an issue with my order?
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. While we cannot take physical items back, if you experience a problem with the structural quality of your set, or if there is an unexpected issue with the design we crafted for you, please reach out to us immediately.
