Processing Time

Every set of Rebel Riot Nails is handcrafted specifically for you. Because each order is custom made, please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order ships.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

If your order includes multiple items, they will typically ship together once your entire order has been completed.


Shipping Options

Once your order has been completed, you may choose from the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • Flat Rate: $5.99
  • Estimated transit time: 2–5 business days

Free Standard Shipping

  • Available on all U.S. orders of $50 or more
  • Ships via USPS Ground Advantage
  • Estimated transit time: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $15.00
  • Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days

Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been completed. Selecting Express Shipping does not reduce our production time.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by USPS.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Rebel Riot Nails is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed, please first check your tracking information and contact USPS directly.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office before contacting us.
