At Rebel Riot Nails, every press-on nail set is handmade and custom-created specifically for each customer.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails and because each order is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your selected design, sizing, and any customizations.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your Rebel Riot Nails!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rebelriotnails.com.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and, if appropriate, work with you to provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Incorrect Sizing
Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail measurements or selecting the correct nail size when placing an order.
Because all sets are custom made using the sizing information provided, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders placed with incorrect measurements or sizes.
If you have any questions about sizing before ordering, we’re happy to help.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once work has started on your custom nail set, cancellations are no longer available.
